Ease has partnered with AdminaHealth® to offer invoice reconciliation and bill consolidation services to brokers and their employer groups, helping them save time.

  • Data ingestion (for census data) from the Ease Marketplace as well as any of the leading payroll firms.
  • Automated reconciliation comparing list bills by matching census to carrier invoices and self bill by comparing month-over-month census changes (80% productivity gain).
  • Exceptions dashboard listing all items that were not automatically reconciled and require human intervention (typically 10-15% of your members).
  • Automated bill consolidation of all medical, life, disability, and any voluntary benefit (detail and summary information available in PDF and Excel).
  • The ability to customize your portal and bills with your logo and contact info.
  • Payroll deduction reconciliation comparing actual to expected deductions highlighting the unmatched coverages that require HR action (LOA, term, not taken, timing issues).
  • B2B payments to carriers enabled through a digital payment gateway.

How to Activate

To get started, visit the marketplace in your Ease broker account and locate the AdminaHealth tile. Click enable, and then enable the AdminaHealth tile in the individual company portals. After being moved to testing, you can add Admina plans via the setup wizard.
