Eligibility Details
See an employee’s eligibility class, waiting period, and any reason why they wouldn’t be eligible for a plan. Want an easy way to troubleshoot eligibility? Try our new Eligibilities Details feature and report! Check out the video to learn more.
Import Any Field
You and your groups can import any field by downloading the Basic Census and creating a column for whatever you’d like to import. For example, if you wanted to set Usernames for all employees or if you wanted to enter a Benefit Eligible Date you can do it (and so much more). Watch this video to see the fastest way to import ANY field.
New Hire Progress
Stay on top of new hires’ progress, identify meaningful trends to engage them, and follow up to increase participation and premiums! New Hire Progress in Ease lets you quickly see the progress of employees who were hired within the last 90 days
Mobile Phone Logins
