Heartland Payroll Description:

Ease and Heartland Payroll Solutions have partnered to make benefits and payroll easy.

You can integrate with Heartland one of two ways. One is a full service integration and the other is a partial connection.

  1. Full Service Integration: Ease automatically sends deductions from benefits enrollment and employee demographic changes to Heartland. With Ease as the single entry point, data discrepancies will be decreased and accounts will always be up-to-date.
  2. Partial Connection: In this case, only payroll deduction data is sent from Ease to Heartland. Heartland is the system of record and only employee benefit elections and basic employee demographic data will need to be entered in Ease. All other employee data will reside in the Heartland system.

To get started with the Ease and Heartland Payroll integration please contact heartlandpayrollsales@heartland.us. If your groups are currently not working with Heartland Payroll, they will be required to complete the sales process before integration setup.
