BBP Admin


Overview

Ease and BBP Admin have integrated to make benefits enrollment easier for businesses and employees. With the BBP Admin integration, enrollments are submitted directly to BBP Admin.

Brokers can offer their groups BBP Admin’s HRAs, HSAs, FSA Dependent Care, FSA Health Care, transit, parking, and COBRA-eligible benefits—all through Ease.

Once set up, Ease will automatically send BBP Admin any initial notifications or qualifying events via regularly scheduled report files. Brokers’ groups do not have to perform any additional actions for the COBRA transactions to send.

Integration Features
  • Brokers can add BBP Admin plans directly in Ease.

  • Scheduled reports with new enrollments and any change will be automatically sent for COBRA and Flex to BBP Admin on a weekly basis.
  • HR Admin only needs to use Ease as normal for the COBRA transactions to send.
How to Activate

To get started, visit the Marketplace in your Ease account. BBP Admin will then approve your request. After approval, you can add BBP Admin plans via the BBP Admin Plan Library. Following enrollment, you must enable the data feed for each group for which you’d like to submit data.
