Overview

Recuro Health provides a fully integrated portfolio of curated digital health solutions through their Digital Medical Home™.  Their programs include virtual urgent care, virtual primary care, behavioral health, $0 copay prescriptions, and caregiver support programs. They offer standalone and bundled solutions that fill the gap in employer benefit programs.

Product Features
  • Employers can offer their employees standalone or bundled virtual healthcare services on an employer-paid or voluntary basis:
    Employer-aid:

    • Total Health – virtual primary care, behavioral health, pharmacy, pediatric behavioral health, advocacy, and caregiver support services 
    • Virtual urgent care, pharmacy, on-demand counseling
    • Virtual urgent care, on-demand counseling
    • Enhanced telemedicine – $0 consult medical and behavioral health
    • Virtual urgent care – $0 consult medical
    • On-demand counseling (EAP) – three or eight visit model available


    Voluntary:

    • Total Health – virtual primary care, behavioral health, pharmacy, pediatric behavioral health, advocacy, and caregiver support services
    • Virtual urgent care, pharmacy, on-demand counseling
    • Virtual urgent care – $0 consult medical
Integration Features
  • Plans can be added in Ease as an employer-paid or voluntary benefit. Employees can enroll in those plans directly through Ease.
  • The enrollment data can be submitted directly to Recuro via Ease.
How to Activate

To get started, visit the Recuro Health tile in your broker marketplace.

  • Locate and select Recuro Health in the telemedicine or EAP category.
  • Recuro will approve your request and provide the required paperwork.
  • After approval, you can add Recuro Health plans through the plan library.
  • Complete the setup wizard in the individual company portals.
  • Following enrollment, enable the data feed to Recuro Health.
