  • Simple Employee Setup – When HR teams create new hires in Paycor, the integration will create new employees in Ease. Employees are set up to complete benefits enrollment online, quickly and easily. 
  • Payroll & Benefits Systems in Sync – With automated new hire and changed employee demographic data synced daily from Paycor to Ease and deduction data also synced daily from Ease to Paycor, maintaining accurate employee and payroll data is a breeze. Need a payroll update even sooner? HR teams can run the changes at any time with the push of a button.
  • Open Enrollment & Benefit Changes – Deductions from benefits enrollment and qualifying life events are sent to Paycor instantly. Employees can add dependents and make other changes to their plan in Ease and see the change in the appropriate pay period.
