The Ease integration for RUN Powered by ADP® (RUN) combines two industry-leading systems to help your groups experience the optimal solution for benefits and HR. This integration brings your groups a streamlined employee setup process, synced payroll and benefits data, and automatic deductions.

Integration Features
- Simple Employee Setup – When HR teams create new hires in RUN Powered by ADP®, the integration will create new employees in Ease. Employees are set up to complete benefits enrollment online, quickly and easily.
- Payroll & Benefits Systems in Sync – With automated, daily, changes-only demographic data synced from RUN to Ease and daily deduction data synced from Ease to RUN, maintaining accurate employee and payroll data is a breeze. Need a payroll update even sooner? HR teams can run the changes at any time with the push of a button.
- Open Enrollment & Benefit Changes – Deductions from benefits enrollment and qualifying life events are sent to ADP® instantly. Employees can add dependents and make other changes to their plan in Ease and see the change in the appropriate pay period.
How to Activate
Fill out the form below for each group that wants to use the integration for RUN Powered by ADP®. Ease will then reply with a quick questionnaire. Ease will then schedule a kickoff call to determine if your group is a good fit for the integration. For the kickoff call, both the Ease Broker and Company Admin for the group wishing to integrate must be present.
